What if you knew how to coach yourself so you could always get back to Joy!?
Imagine being able to notice what your brain is doing instead of automatically believing every thought it gives you.
Imagine knowing how to move through disappointment, awkwardness, fear, comparison, uncertainty, rejection, pressure, friendship drama, big decisions, and hard days without feeling like your whole life has gone up in smoke.
Imagine trusting yourself enough to try things before you know exactly how they’ll turn out.
A great fit if you want the trainings, challenges, Daily Sparks and tools, and you like learning and practicing on your own.
This is the full experience. You’ll get everything above, plus weekly live coaching and a private community with others in your age group.
Doors close November 1 at 11:59 PM Central, and the program begins November 2.
Once enrollment closes, you will have to wait until the next opening in January.
The future regular price for Find the Joy + Coaching (with the next group of Creators) will be $80/month, but founding members can keep the $65/month founding rate for as long as they remain continuously enrolled.
What actually happens inside Find the Joy?
In this program, you’ll create a rhythm that helps you practice these skills in real life, not just hear about them.
Begin with a live training around one important idea.
Try real-life challenges connected to MIND, CONNECT, DREAM & THRIVE.
Listen to a short 5–8 minute Daily Spark and find something useful to think about, try or practice that day.
The goal is learning for real life.
IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR...
You want to stop getting bossed around by comparison, perfectionism, fear, or overthinking.
You want more connection, more honesty, and more confidence in how you show up with other people.
You want to feel more awake, alert, alive, and excited about your own life.
Why a FOUNDING group?
You’re not just joining Find the Joy. You’re helping shape what it becomes.
Because you’re not joining something that has been running the exact same way for ten years.
I know young people are capable of extraordinary growth when they’re trusted, challenged, and given useful tools they can actually use in real life.
And I want Find the Joy to become something young people genuinely love being part of.
You’ll be some of the first people inside Find the Joy. Your experiences, ideas, and feedback will help me make the program even better for everyone who comes after you.
You’re helping create it.
Two age groups. One big idea.
Find the Joy is for young adults ages 14–25.
A supportive space for teens to build confidence, navigate real-life challenges, and have conversations that actually fit where they are right now.

We love you too, Parents!
This program is built on a simple belief:
My role is not to tell your young person what choices to make. It is to help them become better at thinking, deciding, communicating, recovering, experimenting and taking ownership.
Coaching is educational and developmental. It is not therapy, mental-health treatment or crisis care.
Find the Joy works best when a young person chooses to participate. Please do not force or pressure your child to join. This program is not intended as a consequence or as a way to “fix” them. They do not need to feel completely confident or excited, but they should be willing to show up, be curious, and give the experience a genuine try. Coaching can offer powerful tools and support, but meaningful growth begins with their own choice.

Find the Joy is a coaching and personal-development program. It does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions and is not a substitute for therapy, medical care or crisis support.
But I do think it is a beautiful companion to therapy.

If you join the founding group at $65/month, you keep that rate for as long as your membership remains continuously active.
